Building a family this way is expensive, and we would rather you knew every number before you start than found one later. These are ours, in full.
Our fees
Every number, on one page
- Agency fee

- Our fee for everything we do: the matching, the screening, the contracts, the clinic and the travel, with one of us beside you the whole way.
- Donor compensation
- From $10,000
- It rises with a donor's experience, and each profile in the portal shows her figure. Treat that as an estimate. The exact amount is in the eggstimate, the itemised estimate we prepare for you when you choose her.
- Psychological evaluation
- $500
- Genetic counselling
- $315
- Attorney fees
- $1,200
- If you use an outside attorney there may be costs on top.
- Escrow fee
- $350
- Cycle complication insurance for the donor

- Varies by country for international cycles.
Your clinic bills the medical side of the cycle separately. Those fees are between you and your clinic and are not on this list.
If she is not local
If your donor travels
If your donor does not live near the clinic, travel fees apply. We estimate them at about $9,500, worked out for each cycle from how long it runs, where she lives and what is actually spent. Whatever is left at the end is refunded to you. A local donor may still be reimbursed for petrol or a ride if she needs one.
Travel fees usually cover
- Two round trip flights for the donor
- One round trip flight for a companion
- A hotel room, with one or two beds
- A rental car or ground transport in town
- A per diem of $75 a day for the donor
- A per diem of $75 a day for the companion, up to $150
- Now and then, lost wages
Monitoring fees
About $2,000
Travel cycles only. Her blood work and ultrasounds happen at a clinic near her, so she does not fly for every appointment.
These are cash prices, accurate as of July 17, 2026. Paying by card adds a 4% service charge.
